Dale works all over the world with companies striving to improve the performance of their organisations. He works across sectors as varied as FMCG manufacturing, defence, electronics, Health care, insurance and finance, banking and the legal sector. He is a specialist in strategy deployment – making strategies live in a Lean Environment.

Dale has been a regular on the speaker circuit for many years, for organisations such as the Institute of Directors, the Academy of Chief executives and The Executive Club (TEC). He won the TEC “best Newcomer” Award in 2001 and the TEC “Best speaker” (members award) and “Star speaker” (chairman’s award) awards in 2002 & 2005 and “Most requested speaker” in 2004. He is also a guest speaker at Henley Management College.

More importantly, he also is delivering and has delivered many significant performance improvement assignments in his clients.

Prior to founding S A Partners, Dale worked as a Supply Chain Development manager for British Aerospace and also as an Operations manager for Rank Xerox.

Dale has two young boys, is a rugby fanatic and lives in Monmouthshire.
