She has also co-presented Two Many Cooks for ITV1 Summer 2005 as well as hosting Loose Women. She is now considered to be the UK’s leading food presenter.

Jeni’s career spans thirty years of diversity. From anarchic theatre with Ken Campbell to political satire with Belt and Braces Theatre Company, her stage career encompassed everything from ferret handling with Dr Who to singing with a six-piece funk-punk band. She was head hunted by the BBC for their first ever feminist sketch show, Revolting Women fronted ‘Grapevine’ and also worked with Betty Marsden on hit sitcom Cabbage Patch.

When TVAM launched in the early 80’s Jeni was their infamous ‘Postbag’, and after almost five years of critical mayhem Jeni moved on to LWT. With two series of The Good Life Guide and the Gardening Roadshow in the bag she moved to Six O’Clock Live which she anchored with Frank Bough. After four and half years after starting work with Frank, Danny Baker and Roddy Llewellyn she was then lured back to the BBC.

Five more years at the BBC saw Jeni making dozens of films for Good Morning with Anne and Nick, and hosting their live coffee mornings and winging her way through hours of immediate programming, not to mention films, radio and a sack-load of voice work.
Jeni divides her time between her flat in London and Sussex where she has a cottage with her family. She is also working on her debut novel.
Expert event host and speaker Jeni is best known as the host and most essential ingredient of UKTV Food's “Great Food Live “, it’s most successful show since 2001. She has also hosted “Loose Women” and “Too Many Cooks” for ITV as well as working extensively for the BBC.
