Trudy Lloyd is an honours graduate in Chinese and holds an MBA from Cranfield University School of Management. Her studies in the field of innovation include an original research project into “Enabling Creativity and Innovation in Organisations.”
She is a NLP practitioner, qualified business coach and Chartered Marketer. Trudy has extensive experience in innovation and marketing gained in senior roles in Ranks Hovis McDougall and latterly as Brands Director at Allied Domecq. She helps companies develop new products, achieve breakthrough thinking in their strategy and motivate teams for high performance at project start-up. She also works with business leaders who want to develop a culture of innovation.
