An internationally published author her recent books include No More Anxiety – be your own Anxiety Coach, Confidence Works – learn to be your own Life Coach and Coping with Life’s Traumas. She is a Fellow and Vice President of the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Royal Society of Arts and Institute for Management Studies. She has authored a number of academic as well as self-help books. Gladeana is Life Coach for the GMTV Website and Stress Coach for the Channel 4 Website and was also wrote a regular weekly Life Coaching column for the Women’s Section of the Daily Express. She contributes to a range of magazines such as Mother and Baby, The Lady and Top Sante.

Gladeana works with marketing companies on corporate work for key organisations including: Pharmaton, Lloyds TSB, Kelloggs, United Biscuits and Shering as a psychologist, commentating on lifestyle, stress management and various other subjects. A motivational speaker she is known as someone who can get you saying “I can” and meaning it too.

Co-Director of the Centre for Stress Management and Centre for Coaching Gladeana is an Honorary Visiting Lecturer in the Psychology Department of the University of East London where she taught on the Diploma and Masters programmes. An Accredited Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapist, Accredited Counsellor, NLP Master Practitioner and Certified Coach she is currently completing a PhD.

Based on her extensive experience of providing psychological assessments of potential participants of Reality TV shows she was the instigator and driving force behind the production of the UK’s first and only Ethical Guidelines for Reality TV. She has advised and provided assessments on shows such as Britain’s Next Top Model, Extreme Celebrity Detox, Make Me Beautiful, Model Behaviour, The Club, Home Alone 14, Melting Pot, Shattered, Big Brother, Fashanu’s Football Challenge, Desperately Seeking Sheila, Brat Camp, Bad Lads Army and That’ll Teach Them Too.

Gladeana is currently Co-Presenter of ITV’s new 25 part series Dial a Mum. She was also Co-Presenter of Sex and Soaps, Granada Television’s 5 part series and Presenter and Psychological Adviser for BBC1’s 25 part series Life’s too Short. A sought after expert she is currently the Anger Management specialist for the Trisha Goddard show on Channel 5 and has contributed to shows such as Celebrity Wrestling- Bring it on!, Britain’s Worst Parent, Britain’s Worst Neighbour, Strictly Come Dancing Take Two, Goodbye Karen, Farewell Chastity Dingle, This Morning, Richard and Judy, Celebrities Exposed – The Kids, The Curse of Reality TV, Britain’s Worlds Worst Shoppers, Inside Track on Relationships and GMTV.
Gladeana also works with couples and is known for her relationship advice. A clear, informed and direct approach mixed with humour and compassion being her trademarks.

Gladeana lives in Blackheath with her husband and their four cats.
