Italian-born celebrity restaurateur, Aldo is the founder and chef-patron of four of London’s most exciting and award-winning restaurants, Zilli Fish, Zilli Green, Zilli Café and Zilli Bar. Aldo is a dynamic character whose profile has rocketed, most recently he appeared on ‘Celebrity Fit Club’ and the ITV documentary ‘Home Is Where The Heart Is’ which saw Aldo and his wife take in a homeless man and change his life around forever.

It was his stint on ‘Celebrity X Factor’ where he captivated the nation with his personality and Italian singing making it through to the last stages of the competition. Aldo’s passion for food extends beyond the kitchen and into the realm of current affairs as he made a huge impact with his ‘Tonight with Trevor MacDonald’ special on healthy eating for ITV1.

The past two years have been great not only in terms of his successful chain of restaurants, including two Zilli Café outlets at Center Parcs, but also with the release of his spectacular books including his latest vegetarian book Fresh & Green. Aldo lives in south London with his model and actress wife, Nikki, with whom he developed a unique range of organic baby and toddler food called Baby Zilli, sold in Tesco and Waitrose nationwide.

He also writes a column for Mother & Baby magazine and has his very own TV show, which is due to air in March 2012 on UKTV Food.
