He is the founder of The Habit Busting and Lighten Up Programmes and the author of five successful books, with a further four books due for publication in 2003.
A respected figure in the world of sport, Pete Cohen is frequently quoted and consulted by a number of world-class sports people. He has worked with The Kent Cricket team as well as Fulham and Oxford United Football Clubs. He has worked with a number of successful athletes and in 1999 launched the Sports Success Programme with Paul McKenna and Roger Black to help athletes improve their performance.
He has been a Health and Fitness Professional for over ten years, working as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor. He has taught and lectured on health and fitness all over the world and regularly writes in Health and Fitness journals. Pete's approach to life is all about getting people to enjoy being more active, become responsible for their own well being and feel good about themselves.
