One of the UK's most renowned restaurateurs and caterers, a well known TV cook, broadcaster and cookery writer. Prue is an expert on gastronomy who speaks authoritatively as well as being a skilled event host.

Pru is one of the Country’s foremost authority on all things culinary, and she is also known for her formidable business acumen, she is a past winner of The Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year. What is probably less well known about her that she is also the published author of three works of fiction which can be added to her impressive list of twelve cookery books. She has in the past been the cookery correspondent for The Daily Mail, Sunday Express, The Guardian, Prue has most recently seen on our television screens as one of the judges on the BBC’s successful series ‘Great British Menu’ followed by ‘Best Of British’ One of her major commitments at the moment is as Chairman of the school Food Trust founded in 2007. The Trust oversees the quality of the food bought, cooked and served in our schools.

Leith is a judge on the BBC television programme Great British Menu and was recently named to head the School Food Trust, the British government's campaign to replace fatty foods with fresh fruit and vegetables in schools.
