David Schneider first came to prominence as a writer, actor and comedian in BAFTA Award-winning shows such as I’m Alan Partridge, Knowing Me Knowing You, and The Day Today, where he was part of a team that included Steve Coogan, Armando Iannucci and Chris Morris.

A regular face on TV and in films such as Mission Impossible and 28 Days Later, David presented 3 series of the satirical Friday Night Armistice with Iannucci, as well as the 3-hour Election Night Armistice which went out live on BBC2 on election night.

With an eclectic range of interests from uber-highbrow to reality TV, David is a regular contributor to shows as varied as The Review Show, Sky News and Big Brother’s Little Brother, as well as numerous radio panel shows. He has a strong web presence, having recently won the Radio 5 Live Award for Best Tweeter ,and is now an expert at being funny in 140 characters or less. He’s also written for Hollywood, including the film All the Queen’s Men, starring Matt le Blanc and Eddie Izzard.

Having done stand-up for several years, David is a relaxed and likeable host and speaker, who enjoys having to think on his feet.
